Audition Call for Dancers
Fluence Arts is launching a new professional dance company in Albion, MI — supported by the Albion Community Foundation's Fund for Greater Albion and by the Battle Creek Family YMCA through City of Albion Recreation
Our mission at Fluence includes exposing community members to examples of dance, art and performance and to create outlets for up-and-coming student and professional dancers and other artists to create and perform in our community.
Dance can do many things for a community. Dance can bring people together, heal, teach, develop, strengthen, discipline, create, emote, share culture, express, challenge, and open minds!
Fluence Arts is seeking three experienced dancers who live within traveling distance of Albion, MI that can help us move our arts mission forward! This is a paid opportunity with evening and weekend rehearsals, culminating in four scheduled performances and additional community appearances.
Key Details:
- Paid professional dance position – must be 18 or older.
- Evening & weekend rehearsals
- 4 mainstage performances + community appearances
- Must be within travel distance of Albion, MI
- Rehearsal schedule and performance dates will be agreed upon at contract signing
- Additional teaching opportunities are available
